DJ Nick, better known as DJ Grey, has been part of the ECEG family since 2015. He was introduced to us by none other than his father, a long-time videographer with our team, being in the event industry, he now is making DJing a true family affair. Before joining ECEG, Nick was already immersed in music as a producer and composer, creating original songs, videos and beats. His musical taste spans across genres like Pop, Club, House and EDM, giving him the ability to adapt to any crowd or vibe. Nick’s background in the hospitality industry, working as both a bartender and server, equipped him with invaluable customer service and crowd engagement skills. He’s truly a chameleon: adaptable, approachable, and always in tune with the energy of the room. Whether he’s leading line dances, hyping up the crowd, or showing off his dance moves, DJ Nick brings a dynamic presence & high energy that makes him a top pick for any event. With over 700 events under his belt in the past decade, DJ Nick has become one of our most requested DJs for all types of occasions, including weddings, mitzvahs, school proms, basically any event at all. Too Many Schools to Mention: DJ Nick, has been actively entertaining Proms since 2015 with 5 Star Reviews, on his energy and music mixing skills. He even campaigned on Saving The Proms in 2020 & 2021 by entertaining at outdoor events so the students could dance the night away. We would highly recommend East Coast Event Group. All the staff that we had contact with were quick to respond and helpful. We used a number of their services for our June wedding including a DJ, Photo Mirror, CO2 Canons, "Dancing on a Cloud", uplighting, and a custom monogram projection. DJ Nick was fantastic. He called me a few days prior to the wedding to finalize, touch base and gather details. During the call, it was evident that he was experienced and knowledgeable. Additionally, he was extremely personable and down to earth. He assured me that I did not have to stress because he would handle everything so I could enjoy our wedding, and he definitely followed through on it. He even took the time to let my 4 year old son test out the CO2 canons prior to the reception, which of course he absolutely loved!! He had the dance floor filled the entire evening. We had so much fun, and so did our guests who were raving about the entertainment!!

They do everything. DJ Nick, he played all of our requests, motivated the dance floor by leading our guests to some line dances and keep the energy and dance floor packed all nighr long! DJ Nick & East Coast Event Group made our wedding an unforgettable party - seriously. Our guests were on the dance floor the ENTIRE night and so were we! We are biased but we truly haven’t experienced better music at a wedding. We didn’t want the night to end! If you want to dance - book them now. 
Marie - Uplighting & Dance Light Was Well Worth It
Nick from East Coast Event Group brought and ran the uplighting and T Bar light show at our wedding at a hotel. We used a different DJ who did not have uplighting/ dance lights, so I reached out to East Coast Event Group. Nick was our light tech and did a great job! The group itself was very flexible working with our budget. At the wedding, Nick stayed in the background, but communicated with us about what we wanted and was extremely timely and professional. The uplighting took our simple hotel ballroom from an event space to a wedding space. It added elegance during dances and dinner and exciting fun during the dance party. We would recommend East Coast Event group to anyone, and we highly recommend looking into uplighting if you have a simple wedding venue.

We thought overall that all the services & production were over the top, and done and priced very well considering all the items we booked.
